Independent Living Amenity Room

This client who operates an ‘active independent living’ facility needed a long narrow room with a big pillar in it, transformed to a multi-use space for use by their tenants and staff. Project included an administrative work area, storage, kitchen, and seating areas for socializing, special occasion meals / celebrations and watching movies.   

Seating was chosen to accommodate those with mobility issues; and table size and shape so that they could be used stand alone ( for cards or games) or combined into a long table for big events.
